| Hey everyone, I made a forum! I call it Freeze Penguins. But it's still under construction right now, so hang on while I slave away at it. :lol: I do need help, though. How do I upload an avatar? It doesn't work on my browser, so I need to find out how to get if off the net. Plus, you know how on other forums it has the little picture that tells if there are new posts? I can't get that. Help!! If you help me, I will make you Mod/Admin on my site. Thanks!  I also need to make a banner. Any help? If you won't help, you can make a banner too.
