I think that if a topic is locked, DON'T POST IN IT, even if you have the power to do so. Unless you're an admin who
REALLYREALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY needs to post in it, don't. I think that should be an official rule, since many of us can post in locked topics. (Because what's the point of a locked topic then?)

i have added the rule to the rules post. it is now an official rule. if one of the admins wants to remove it, feel free to. for now, though, it is an official rule.

EXCEPTION TO RULE: if the locked post isnt locked for a good reason. (e.g. an active topic is locked for no reason). if someone posts in a locked topic, an admin will evaluate the topic to see if it was locked or not and if it was locked for a good reason, the person who posted in the locked topic will get an infraction.
